Missing or Stolen Packages

If you have received a notification that your item was delivered, but you have not received it, it's important to take the Following Steps:

 

  1. speakeasyclothing@outlook.com to inform them about the situation. To initiate a claim with Canada Post to locate your package.

Note that if Canada Post confirms that they have delivered the package to the correct address, Speakeasy Clothing is NOT Liable for any Missing or Stolen Packages. Therefore, If you are concerned about Theft. It's important to take precautions to prevent package theft, such as requesting a signature upon delivery, setting up package delivery alerts, or arranging for a secure delivery location.
